Glove Sizes
All of the gloves come in medium size, which is 7 - 7.5 ladies glove size. Almost all the gloves are made with stretch fabrics, so they are not exactly "one size" but will fit most hands. If you'd like the gloves in another size, get in touch.
Glove Care
All of the fabric gloves can be washed by hand, in luke-warm water and laid flat to dry.
How to use the Glove Shop
- Firstly, if the pictures aren't enough, ask for fabric swatches which we'll gladly mail to you.
Click on "add to basket" to add the item to your shopping cart. Glovedup uses Paypal to process payments so that you can use a credit/bank card or your own paypal funds (if you have them!)
- A new window will open which displays the contents of your shopping cart. From here you have the options to "add more items", or "pay and finish".
- Click on "pay and finish" to complete the transaction or click on "add more items" to continue shopping.
- To get back to your shopping cart, click on the Basket link in the black navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email from GLOVEDUP to confirm the shipping date. Normally this is within 8 hours of your order, but sometimes a little longer if your order is placed during weekends and holidays.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods for any reason, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us by email (info@glovedup.com) prior to returning the goods. When returning goods please label your package clearly and wrap the items very securely. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, with proof of purchase and in a saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and we recommend that you use registered or recorded delivery as the goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
When we receive the goods we will refund you using the same method as your original payment within 30 days. Please note we do not refund postage except in cases of faulty or damaged goods. Glovedup reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged, therefore please ensure your goods are securely packaged.

In the unlikely event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, please email us (info@glovedup.com). A member of our team will advise you on how to proceed. Glovedup shall strive to replace faulty or damaged goods however, in the unlikely event that a replacement is not possible a full refund will be given.

Most orders are shipped the same or next day. All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail Recorded Signed for Delivery.

In the unlikely event that you order an item that is out of stock, you can cancel your order and get a refund or select an alternative.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order or part of your order for any reason prior to despatch. It is important that you contact us immediately by email (info@glovedup.com). Any payment made by you will be refunded within 30 days. If the goods have already been dispatched, you can return them within 14 days of receipt providing the goods are unused and in the original packaging with proof of purchase attached. Your Information: Glovedup keeps records of your name, address and purchases which are necessary for accounting and customer service purposes. None of your information is available to third parties and we will never sell your information to any other company.
Email and Communication: Glovedup will keep your email address when you make a purchase or contact us, this is necessary for us to solve queries, accept returns etc. From time to time we may contact you with news or to promote new products and special offers, if you wish to opt out of receiving these marketing communications please email (info@glovedup.com) with "unsubscribe" as your email title.
Payment Privacy: All payments made to Glovedup are handled by Paypal. No financial details (credit or debit card numbers) are stored by Glovedup. Please visit www.paypal.com for information on their Privacy Policy.
Data Protection: You have the right to access the information which Glovedup holds about you and your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
