| 2008: Commissioned by Brighton University product design student Arif Meherali, the snowboard gloves were created to showcase Arif's innovative hand-warming system. The black valve on the top of the hand is connected to channels that run along the fingers. Blowing into the valve thus sends heat into the gloves to warm the freezing cold fingers of the mountain-top snowboarder. |
